WARRANTY POLICY

ERGOLIFE FITNESS LIMITED WARRANTY

ERGOLIFE Fitness warrants that products purchased directly from ERGOLIFE Fitness or an authorized reseller will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Residential Warranty

Component Coverage
Structural Frame 10 Years
Motor & Electronic Components 3 Years
Mechanical Parts 1 Year
Labor 90 Days

Commercial Warranty

For products used in commercial facilities, gyms, schools, hotels, military installations, rehabilitation centers, or any public environment, warranty coverage shall be specified in the purchase agreement or quotation.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Improper assembly
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Commercial use of residential products
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Damage caused by accidents, flooding, fire, or acts of nature

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim:

Please provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Product serial number
  • Description of issue
  • Photos or videos

ERGOLIFE Fitness reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the defective component at its sole discretion.


SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within:

  • 1-3 business days for accessories
  • 3-7 business days for large equipment

Delivery Estimates

Estimated transit times:

  • West Coast: 2-7 business days
  • Central U.S.: 4-10 business days
  • East Coast: 5-14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Freight Deliveries

Large equipment may be shipped via LTL freight carrier.

Customer responsibilities include:

  • Providing accurate delivery information
  • Ensuring delivery access
  • Inspecting products upon arrival

Freight Damage

Any visible freight damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to ERGOLIFE Fitness within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report freight damage within this period may limit our ability to assist with claims.

Delayed Shipments

ERGOLIFE Fitness is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Labor strikes
  • Customs clearance
  • Force majeure events

RETURN POLICY

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

  • Product is unused
  • Product is in original packaging
  • Product is in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized products
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Installed or assembled equipment

Return Authorization

Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any product.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a:

15% Restocking Fee

for inspection, handling, and repackaging.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection.
